Superfine Coloured Felts
Designed and created specifically for the handicraft market or, when flameproofed, the exhibition & display market. Coloured felt is a wool/viscose mixture available in a wide range colours. In addition, special colours can be made to order, matching your sample or pantone reference (minimum quantity 480LM).
Handicraft Felts
We hold stock of handicraft felt - ideal for crafting applications - 30% wool / 70% viscose and 100% viscose both qualities are approximately 1mm thick this material conforms to:- Safety of Toys BS 5665 : Part 3 : 1995 EN 71-3 : 1995.
Our standard roll size is 1.8M x 30M or alternatively we have available in our E-Store Mini rolls 45cm x 5M and 90cm x 5M both available plain and adhesive backed. We also have squares 22cm x 22cm and 30cm x 30cm plain and adhesive backed.
We also offer 100% Acrylic fibre material approximately 1.4mm thick. Whilst this does not offer the same softness as the wool based material it is an ideal low cost alternative for crafting applications. This material conforms to:- Safety of Toys EN 71. We have available in our E-Store packs of rectangles 23cm x 30cm plain and adhesive backed.
A washable (up to 40°C) 100% Polyester felt, is available in a range of colours which is ideal for embroidery applications and badges etc.
Exhibition / Display Felts
For the exhibition and display market we hold stock of 30% wool / 70% viscose felt approximately 1mm thick flame proofed BS 476: Part 7:1987. Next day delivery is available on rolls 1.8M x 30M for all orders placed up to 1.30pm.
