Cutting Table

This highly versatile machine enables us to produce intricate components without the need for tooling. We are able to receive drawings electronicallly, and produce accurate parts to customers specifications, quickly and efficiently. This capability also ensures maximum material usage, reducing waste and therefore reducing cost.

Adhesive Backed, "Kiss Cut" Parts

Many peole will have encountered difficulties peeling
the adhesive backing from their components. However adhesive backed components that are kiss cut are very user-friendly. Naish Felts produce a high number of "sticky dot" type products for a wide range of applications in everyday life.

Our software enables us to digitise irregular shapes providing excellent material utilisation. This factor combined with the machines' ability to cut accurately at high speed enables us to ensure competitive pricing.

The recent addition of a CNC Slitting machine enables us to offer our customers coils and strips both plain and adhesive backed, to very tight tolerances.

Naish Felts are able to cut almost any flexible roll material such as felt, foam, rubber, cork, adhesve tape and even high-density para-aramide (Kevlar ®, etc.).
